You'll work closely with our frontend team and e-commerce department, as well as with other designers.
As a web designer you will:

Create promotional graphics from a concept to implementation: materials for sales and other events, landing pages, website components and prototypes for bigger sites.

Prepare and optimize assets for web developers.

Communicate with the e-commerce team, gather design requirements, coordinate final results.

Setup design processes and assets exchange between the departments.

In the near future - create and maintain a design system for the existing projects.
Required skills:

In-depth knowledge of design software such as Figma (wireframes, components, auto-layouts, etc), Photoshop (graphic design), Illustrator (vector graphics).

Experience in creating adaptive web interfaces, and working with web developers delivering them assets optimized for web and mobile devices.

Understanding of HTML layouts basics and concepts of web interface responsiveness.

Attention to detail, ability to process big amounts of data and graphic materials, and switch between various tasks quickly.
You'll be a good fit if:

Your English level is at least C1 for daily communication with European colleagues; speaking Italian will be a strong advantage.

You have more than 3 years of relevant experience. Fashion industry or e-commerce background is preferred.

You have a strong web design portfolio.

You are ready to perform a small test assignment.
