We're in search of a Marketing Analyst to play a pivotal role in Borzo's growth journey.

As a Marketing Analyst, you'll collaborate closely with our marketing team to assess the effectiveness of our performance marketing efforts and devise strategies for acquiring new users and reactivating existing ones.

Your work will involve close collaboration with marketing crew, analysts, and product teams to drive impactful decisions and optimize our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify growth opportunities in user acquisition and retention.
  • Create intuitive and informative reports to streamline stakeholder decision-making processes.
  • Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present your findings clearly and compellingly that highlight the importance of your insights.
  • Support and monitor existing performance marketing metrics (СRs, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV, ROMI) identify areas for improvement and develop new metrics that inform decision-making across the company;
  • Manage end-to-end projects for cross-channel analytics development, understanding attribution model dynamics providing optimization recommendations based on accurate analytical insights.
  • Manage trackers and handle raw data from platforms such as GA4, Adjust, Firebase.


  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a data/marketing analyst.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation (cleaning, transforming, and reshaping data, experience with Python);
  • Proficiency in SQL;
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau;
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms from Google and Meta;
  • Ability to work in a self-guided manner;
  • Desire to learn and adapt to new methodologies and tools;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-team interactions (product analysts, developers);
  • English level B2.

Will be plus:

  • Experience with marketing attribution platforms is a plus;
  • Experience with event analytics, setting up events in mobile and web analytics platforms
  • Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
