Technical Support Specialist

proven experience in IT customer services and support operation related field, including application support management and/or quality assurance;
sound understanding of web technologies and software issues to enable discussions with internal and external key stakeholders;
strong problem solving and interpersonal skills;
excellent written and verbal English.
Job Responsibilities
end-user support in using, setting up and upgrading customer s applications;
helping clients in identifying and resolving technical issues related to customer s applications;
collaborating with developers in troubleshooting and bug fixing when needed;
managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date;
maintaining and updating the company website with as little as tech tips and briefs, and as much as fully rounded documents and procedures.
