Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead and enhance our proprietary educational platform.
This role focuses on defining priorities and direction for the customer journey across teachers, students, parents, and internal teams (e.g., sales and support) across multiple markets and business models .
Your work will directly impact retention metrics, platform usability, and initial sales conversions through new mechanics and tools.

Responsibilities:
- Define the priorities for improving the customer journey, ensuring usability and engagement across user groups (teachers, students, parents, internal teams).
- Leading a cross-function team (frontend, backend, design, QA and junior PMs) to deliver business impact.
- Enhance platform usability and features to drive retention and optimize the user experience.
- Influence early conversions through effective onboarding and customer touchpoints.
- Analyze user behavior and key metrics to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with analytical, methodology, and business teams to iterate quickly and deliver data-informed solutions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in tech product management, with a strong focus on B2C.
- Proven ability to manage multi-user journeys (teachers, students, parents, and internal teams).
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in improving retention, usability, and conversions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
- Experience working with product analytics, experiments in fast iteration cycles.
- Track record of launching new products from scratch.
- Experience in international markets (preferably Asia, Latin America, Europe).
Would be an advantage:
- Background in education or experience working on products for parents, kids, or educators.
- Background or past experience in engineering, QA, or marketing.
- Russian language knowledge is preferred; English level B1 or above.
- Strong understanding of user behavior and user-centric design practices.
