Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development : Source and onboard new partners (banks, channels, service providers) to meet company needs.
- Negotiations : Secure contracts with favorable terms and compliance with regulations.
- Onboarding Management : Oversee onboarding processes, including KYC checks, technical integrations, and timely product launches.
- Problem Solving : Resolve partner-related issues, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Bank Approvals : Communicate with banks to obtain approvals, address non-standard scenarios, and negotiate terms.
- Market Analysis : Conduct competitor benchmarking to enhance market positioning.
- Support : Assist marketing and sales teams with creating commercial offers and internal process documentation.
Mandatory Requirements
- Education : Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience : Minimum of 1 year in partnership management or a related role at Payment Service Provider (PSP), iGaming, crypto, brokerage.
- Languages : Proficiency in English and Russian (B2 or higher).
- Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of payment processing flows, regulatory requirements, and financial KPIs.
- Leadership : Experience in supervising teams is a plus.
